We’ve searched for an ideal massage ball and finally it showed itself to us. This is it. If you know your massage balls you’d want them to be firm, but not too hard, and heavy - that is a must - if not the ball rolls out from beneath you or is tricky to maneuver. This massage ball is so so good as an alternative to traditional stretching - you get into the fascia and areas of your body that can sometimes be a bit tricky (like the gluteus medius and the infraspinatus muscles).
