It is ours, and we house it, and - for its best support we tend to it, nourish it, hydrate it, clean it. And so we eat, living food made by sunlight, water, earth and heaven, and we drink the fresh spring waters that overflow with minerals of Earth.
On this course you learn about Ayurvedic and Yogic principles of diet, blended with a functional medicine approach. You get access to lots of good recipes, and a standard elimination diet, for those who are feeling called.
