Get pauses from a high-performance work day through these easy-to-do step-by-step yoga exercises. The whole point is for you to spend time to practice the following:
1) Access your body (as most of us are living only in thought and mind most of the time).
2) Resetting your nervous system to boost productivity and meaningful work (many make mistakes when we are stressed and/or tired).
3) Living, awakening to the moment, remembering that we can choose which lense we see through, remembering to receive, to listen, to enter dialogue and to work passionately with our purpose. An open, positive view makes life so much lighter.
